Mike, I had no idea it would mean so much to you, but I'm glad.
Liz, I think this guy was a drunk and disorderly of some sort. I googled the phrase in question because I was hoping to find this video. It's from the original "Cops: too hot for TV." Mike and I used to quote it all the time.
