I couldn't find a picture of the woman in the Mirena birth control commercial, so instead I used this horribly nasty one of an actual Mirena intra-uterine device inside a simulated uterus.
But that's beside the point.
My point is that the woman in the Mirena commercial looks exactly like Tom's little sister.
You know the commercial:
"...if your plans don't include another baby..."
"...get married, buy a house, finish a book, finish a SENTENCE!" [WTF?]
"...happily, if your plans change, Mirena is easily removed by your doctor"
Tom, please ask Liz if she's seen this commercial.
And for those who've seen it: Am I right or am I right??? I mean, right?

This is an IUTD--intrauterine torture device. Seriously, this is a gross picture, Liz. I know I have a uterus, but still, gross.
